A traditional bowl feeder is built for a single part. Asycube spreads and flips parts with vibration and lets a camera find the ones the robot should pick. Change part by changing recipe.
Patented 3-axis vibration
Parts can be moved in every direction on the platform. This gives even spreading, no build-up in the corners and less recirculation.
Fast changeovers
New parts are run by loading a new recipe. The platform is changed without tools, which shortens the setup time between production runs.
Built-in vision with EYE+
EYE+ finds the parts, sends pick coordinates to the robot and controls the vibration. No prior machine vision knowledge required.
Works with most robots
Communicates with robots and PLCs via TCP/IP and Modbus TCP and supports common fieldbuses. Fits new and existing cells.
Many parts, one feeder
From 0.1 mm components to 150 mm housings. With EYE+, up to four different parts can be fed at the same time.
Gentle handling
Frequency and amplitude are controlled precisely, so even fragile and surface-sensitive parts are handled with care. Selectable platforms: smooth, textured, grooved or perforated.

Five sizes cover parts from 0.1 to 150 mm. The ranges overlap, so there are often two options to choose between.
