Environmental Policy

Detab Ecomat Automation AB has a responsibility towards the environment as well as towards customers, employees, owners and society. We shall reduce our impact on the environment as far as it is technically possible and economically reasonable. To clarify the breadth and depth of our ambition, we have established the following points:

• We shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, agreements and guidelines, including ISO 14001.
• We shall continuously work to increase our environmental expertise and encourage employees towards greater environmental awareness.
• We shall take into account the expectations that our customers, employees, owners and the wider community have of us.
• We shall ensure that energy is used sparingly, by saving energy and improving energy efficiency throughout our operations.
• We shall take into account our suppliers’ environmental impact and prioritize suppliers who can demonstrate that they themselves actively work with their environmental impact.
• We shall openly report facts about our environmental impact and our environmental work.
• We shall work in a manner characterized by continuous environmental improvements.
• We shall carry out preventive work to minimize the risk of pollution.
